Delete your Dastak account

Option 1: In the app (fastest)

Open the Dastak app and sign in.
Go to Account (bottom bar) → scroll down → Delete my account.
Read what will be deleted, then type DELETE and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.

Option 2: By email

If you cannot open the app, email rohtakdastak@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Dastak account" from the email address registered with Dastak. We may ask you to confirm the request. We complete email requests within 30 days.

What is deleted

Name, mobile number, email address and password (sign-in is permanently disabled)
Saved addresses and delivery instructions
Notifications and support conversations
Delivery partner profile, identity document photos, vehicle details and payout QR
Restaurant team membership and pending restaurant applications
Comments you wrote in reviews (star ratings stay, without your name)

What is kept, and for how long

Order, payment, delivery-earning and payout records are kept for accounting and tax purposes, as Indian law requires (generally up to 8 years). After deletion these records no longer show your name, phone number or email.

When deletion has to wait

To protect you and others, deletion is paused while an order is in progress, a payment is being verified, a delivery is active, delivery earnings are still unpaid, or you are the only manager of a restaurant. The app tells you exactly what to finish first.
